ICB Gait & Posture Clinics were first established in 1990 (operating as AOL Footcare Centres) as a network of practitioner referral centres, with over 100,000 patients having been assessed and treated thus far.  ICB Gait & Posture Clinics and their highly trained practitioners specialise in biomechanical assessment.  Each practitioner has been formally trained by the International College of Biomechanics, offering patients treatment to combat lower limb pain and conditions which are resultant from structural and/or muscular irregularities.

 Abbie Najjarine 

Mr Najjarine is a qualified Podiatrist (NSW) and has qualifications in clinical biomechanics, sports injury, myotherapy and acupuncture. 

Mr Najjarine is the Managing Director and co-owner of ICB Gait & Posture Clinics Pty Limited in Australia and the owner of AOL Footcare Centres Australia Pty Limited.

Currently Mr Najjarine oversees a total of 25 ICB Gait & Posture Clinics in Australia, a chain of clinics which specialise in biomechanical gait assessment and orthotic therapy with a wholistic approach to the treatment of pain.

The ICB Gait & Posture clinics use a unique assessment technique known as NAS technique, developed by Mr Najjarine, to assess/identify and map out a treatment regime for patients to follow.

ICB Gait & Posture Clinics are world leaders in the biomechanical assessment field.
